Art Therapy Supervision

Alanah Jarvis, from Melbourne Australia. This piece is now called ‘Time,’ made in March 2020.

Living in isolation has been tricky, the anxiety of thinking we’re wasting time, how am I going to keep the two toddlers entertained & busy without losing my sanity & continue to work & prove myself as a valuable employee. But it time we’ve been blessed with. Time to put on hold those worries about where the next job will come from, time to cherish being at home, time to cherish with family. Time to prioritise art therapy.

    Hi Alanah,
I can really feel your changing relationship with time through this piece and especially your words.

Youve captured a beautiful moment of contemplation that I relate to when I have my one and only cup of coffee in the mornings and wonder what the day ahead will bring. Thank you for sharing.
