GOOD OLD FASHIONED TAVERN CHOIR

Attention all mental health practitioners! Tania is organizing an afternoon of active music making that you won’t want to miss.
This event is perfect for practitioners of all backgrounds and fields who are looking to incorporate music into their therapeutic practices. Tania has carefully selected songs that have been proven to be therapeutic and will be teaching a choir arrangement for at least one of the songs.
You don’t need any prior musical experience to take part in this exciting event, just come with an open mind and a willingness to try new things.
The song/s that the group puts together will be performed to the rest of the group on Sunday evening, providing an opportunity to showcase your skills and connect with others in the field.
No matter what your background or experience level is, this event is accessible to everyone. So, come ready to unleash your singing voice, explore the joy of singing in parts, and take your therapeutic practice to the next level. We look forward to seeing you there!
In May 2024, Tania brings her decades of experience facilitating collaborative music making to share with attendees at the 2024 Creative Mental Health Forum and Collective Care Retreat.
