We are thrilled to let you know that the Artful Warrior, Lee Agius, is joining us as a facilitator at this year’s forum and retreat, and sends you this kind invitation,

“How would you like to set up your day with mindful intention towards self-care?

And, how would you like to incorporate slow mindful movement with your breath that sends a message back to your body which completely supports your nervous system to relax.

Well, you can do this by joining me for one hour of yoga to unravel, unwind, ground down and nourish your self whilst learning new skills that you can incorporate into your daily life. Suitable for all levels”.
