Henry and Sarah draw on their experience as theatre makers to bring you an exploration of embodied impulse.
In this experiential workshop, you are invited to participate in a number of theatre informed practices that emphasise listening to, and expressing, the impulses of our bodies in interaction with others.
Sarah and Henry describe these practices as deeply valuable for self awareness and personal growth.
You can expect to play, move, laugh, and maybe experience some surprise insights into your ways of being in the world.
This workshop will provide you with skills that you can use to:
Get out of your head and into the moment,
Attune to your body and respond to your felt sense,
Trust your embodied impulses as a source of creativity, wisdom and connection with others.
