This eco and whole health focused training weekend is a soulful combination of essential knowledge, health and well-being beach activities in beautiful environments, art-making for stress relief and relaxation, and plant based whole food communal dining.

I will be there providing you with an easy to understand overview of the recent World Health Organisation’s report on the evidence base for arts and health. This important document is an invaluable resource for anyone working in Arts and Health. What I plan to do is make this wonderful document accessible by summarising key points for you and giving you references you can use in proposals, grant applications, reports and your own planning. Yay!

OffShore Surf School are joining the program with their Surfing Australia accredited and delightfully frothy Surf Coaches. Participants in this Professional Development weekend will have the chance to experience the thrill and beauty of the ocean with Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Boarding lessons. These are suitable for beginners or capable surfers alike. You are welcome to bring family or friends along to these lessons at a special discounted price of $50 for friends of our retreat this weekend ONLY!

Enjoy some relaxing down time being creative with my Eco Art Therapy for Self Care session, and care for your physical well-being with Morning Yoga and Beach Walks. Feed your body, soul and social life with a Saturday night communal cook up where I will share some of my favourite plant based whole foods recipes and preparation with you, and maybe finish the evening with a fire and some songs.
