…DARE TO IMAGINE! with Noula Diamantopoulos

...Dare to Imagine with Noula Diamantopoulos

Noula is imagining up a creative workshop for us!

She imagines…

a guided journey into the mystery of meaning making…

exploring self through serendipitous creative activities (hence the mystery)

touring with Socrates – know thyself with a wabi sabi spirit.

As we be – we create a journal to inspire not only the knowing of self

but also creating works that may inspire other creative works.

“BUT”, she warns, “I may create something else”.

Noula joins us on Saturday 6th May at the 2023 Creative Mental Health Forum to facilitate this playful, imaginative journey of self awareness through creativity.

About Noula

Noula is instrumental in raising national awareness about the power of art and creativity to support mental health and wellbeing, recently featuring in the BBC’s production of Space 22 which is viewing on the ABC.

Space 22 is a six part observational documentary following the lives of seven people experiencing a number of expressive arts activities with three Australian artists exploring if the expressive arts can benefit mental and emotional well being.

Noula is a trauma informed & trauma sensitive psychotherapist interweaving mind/body psychology and creative processes to support and rebuild mental health.

She works with individuals who feel misunderstood and marginalised because they are suffering from mental and emotion distress due to complex PTSD & DID and relationship issues.

She is a trainer in BSP – Brainspotting and has undergone numerous trauma informed trainings including EMDR and DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting). She is currently in training for Somatic Experiencing (SE) Year 2.

Noula is also an exhibiting artist and has created large scale public arts in mosaics.

She is the author of You Are. That Is. Creative a guided journey into embracing creativity.
