I moved to Milowl in 2022, responding to a lifelong call to live near the ocean coupled with a completely awestruck love of the island waters here. In recognition that this is Boon Wurrung country, and the responsibilities and stories that this carries, I am engaged in a slow and deeply considered process of learning where I am. These artworks feel like part of that work: exploring new ways of being in relationship with place, and reflecting some of the immersive, magical, and at times mysterious experiences along the way
